TweetReporting: maximize the impact of your event with Twitter
                                  More participants & greater impact over a longer period of time




                    @TweetReporting? TweetReporters cover a business event using tweets. They bring about
               interaction between live participants and online followers. Apart from the audience at events
            there is a much larger crowd who is interested but for some reason could not make it to the
          venue. With the help of tweets by specialized reporters they too can join the conversation.

       Connect with more people over a longer period of time TweetReporters engage people before, during and
       after the event. Before the start they advise which hash tag to use (#route2013), tweet about an event’s
     program and possible speakers. They create a buzz. During the event they report developments in tweets and
  pictures, moderate online tweets and share relevant insights. Afterwards they inform followers where they can find
 presentations and continue feeding them interesting content and building a lasting relationship.

Tried and tested Gerdie Schreuders was quick to understand the unique opportunities social media offer to enliven
  events. Since 2010 she has tried and tested her TweetReporting formula in over 30 events, for clients such as KLM,
   Siemens and Rabobank. She is nominated ‘most influential person in the event business 2011’. LiveOnlineEvents
    also provides companies a customized quick start in social media, hybrid eventconcepts and workshops about
     social media and events.

     #YourEvent? In 2012 Gerdie Schreuders would like to find partnerships abroad to share her TweetReporting
       expertise. The international @TweetReporting account has already been coined. She is also creating a new
          service called @EventReporting, a tangible report by a live blogger at the end of an event, including digests
            of discussions, ready for the client to use for communication purposes.
