DARTS can be accessed using an internet browser
and via our encrypted (SSL) web page.
All DARTS “Dashboards” and “Interactive Reports”
are saved within dedicated folders within the
system.

The first dashboard named “RMBS” allow data
users to download up to two loan level datasets,
the primary and secondary deals. In the first tab of
the dashboard, the liability (bond) side of the
RMBS is listed together with a high level summary
of key risk measurements.

The second tab of the “RMBS” dashboard shows a
more detailed breakdown of key measurements.
A wide selection of different summarisations has
been modelled.

The third tab is a visualisation of all the summaries
modelled. Next to each diagram there is a button
that when clicked a customised DARTS Interactive
Report opens for further data interrogations (see
page 8).

Finally, in the last tab of the dashboard there is a
comparison of the primary vs secondary RMBS
(upper side) as well as a historic data comparison
of the primary deal selected (lower side).
Bar charts have also been included so that the user
can visually compare the measurements (see more
examples below).

3. Interactive Report for Data Users
The user can access “Interactive Reports” and
start drilling down into the data by using
predefined filters or by setting new filters
accordingly.
This allow users to identify possible errors.

Users can customise the Interactive DARTS reports
by adding additional columns where data can be
inputted to help them interpret the results in a
more meaningful way.
In the example above, our user was viewing the
geographic breakdown of the selected RMBS
before manually inserted a few additional
columns to bring the “Loan to Value” and
“Seasoning” details per each region.

Our user then decided to add another column and
make a calculation.
All the user had to do was to look through the list
of all fields and available functions.

Finally, our user quickly inserted a new filter to
isolate specific geographic regions of higher
interest to his analysis.
When the modified summarisation was ready he
had the option to export the results to either Excel,
PDF or CSV .

4. Test Matrix Dashboard for Data Providers
This dashboard allow users to select any of the
RMBS data and see not only the ECB deal scoring
but also a breakdown of all mandatory fields and
related number of “ND” categories.
This dashboard can compare up to two
transactions.

Users can also build what‐if scenarios and see how
the ECB score of the selected RMBS can fluctuate
once the number of ND fields changes.
