Once the Community Relations Office receives the signed and dated DD 2535, we will determine if your event is
eligible for support. If eligible, we will work with our units to see if there are aviation assets available to support
your event in addition to supporting our ongoing operations. Once eligibility and asset availability are approved,
we will send the event coordinator confirmation of our support. If the event does not qualify or if aviation assets
are unavailable, we will send a letter of regret.
Your signed and dated DD 2535 and AMR for Army Guard assets must be received 60 days prior to your event to
gain approval.
Thank you for visiting the Georgia National Guard Community Relations Webpage. If you have any questions please e-
mail them to GaGuardPAO@gmail.com and we will respond to your request.
