It is my pleasure to recommend Gemala Hapsari-Malécot for employment with your
organization. I have known her for almost three years during which time she worked as a
product engineer in Product & Quality Engineering (PQE) Division.
As product engineer, she was required to collaborate with other departments where she
carried out the task in our engineering team on numerous realizations of new product as well
as design modification request of motorcycle parts to adapt to local norms, being our annual
activity as Honda Motor Japan’s subsidiary in Indonesia.
Her features such as independent and fast learner have been established as she took part in our
CATIA sub department team for library project of part drawings. She adapts rapidly by
learning the software by herself and put the skill to application soonest needed.
She was also held responsibility for supervising the PQE division’s investment budget as we
were having equipments to purchase and a test course for confirmation of functionality as
designated, in order to improve our testing facility, to meet the local market requests.
I can highly recommend her for the opportunity that you have available. As it is similar
