Researcher – User Experience / Interactivity
We are looking for a number of UX RESEARCHERS to boost the output of a Research team in
advance of taking on new campaigns later this year.
Your role will be to:
 Conduct independent research, analyse real user behaviour
 Gain an understanding and insight of user behaviour, their needs and motivations.
 Strive to learn what they want from specific products and services.
 Liaise with User Interface Designers, Products Manager and Engineers to improve
features and develop new ones.
 Transmit feedback in all phases of the design process, including on project
conception, implementation and development.
 Identify new opportunities for User Experience improvements.
 Ensure consumers continue to have an intuitive and instinctive affinity
By nature you will be analytical and methodical, objective and capable of thinking outside
the box and interacting with both technical and creative individuals. In addition you capable
of presenting your findings and proposals to seniors in a fashion that is effective yet
understandable.
