EXPERIENCES:
I Have gained a vast knowledge and exposures in drafting plaints, written statements, legal notices,
petitions under the code of civil procedures. I have also have gained considerable knowledge in
drafting of deeds and documents related to transfer of property which includes conveyances,
gifts, partitions, leases, wills as well as power of attorneys, agreements, Promissory Notes etc.
During my internship period under advocate Diwan, I gained experience in drafting
petitions/applications under code of criminal procedure as well as applications under Article 226&
227 of the Constitution of India.
MOOT COURT EXPERIENCE:
• Took part in the intra college moot competition in the year 2011 and 2012 both cases was
based on Law of Torts
• Participated in Delhi NCR moot competition based on Constitutional Law
SEMINARS ATTENDED:
• Attended International Conference of Jurist on International Terrorism organised by
International council of Jurist (ICJ), All India Bar Association (AIBA) and Indian Council of
Jurist at vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
