· Frequent visit and follow up the vendor to reach as per planned Target.

Project Title 1 : Syringe Pumps (AKAS Terumax, AKAS PEDIAMAX)
Syringe pump is mainly used for drug delivery systems in general, Cancer, Critical Care and
Neonatal infusion where accuracy is important.
Project Details :
· Development of Pump assembly as per the design .
· Functional wise creating Sub assemblies which results towards Product integration.
· Circulation of Production Control plan and Material Control Plan for shop floor.
· Development of AKAS PEDIAMAX Full Product as per the design with support of my sub
ordinates
· Documenting the product from development stage to obsolete stage with the help of Arena PLM
Software.
· Design Optimization done by eliminating sheet metal (Pumpbody) and replacing with plastic
material for cost reduction.
Project Title 2 : Infusion Pumps (AKAS Infumax, AKAS IP700)
Infusion pump is mainly used for saline delivery systems in general, Critical Care and Neonatal infusion where
accuracy is important.
Project Details:
· Design and development of free flow lever mechanism .
· Development of IP 700 Full Product as per the design with support of my sub ordinates
· Design Optimization done by eliminating sheet metal (Side Plate & Rear Panel) and replacing
with plastic material for cost reduction Functional wise creating Sub assemblies which
results towards Product integration.
· Circulation of Production Control plan and Material Control Plan for shop floor.

1) Patient Monitors (AKAS UNOMAX, AKAS DUOMAX)
Patient monitoring systems are to display the spo2, heart rate and Blood pressure.

2) Infusion Controllers (AKAS IPC)
IPC is mainly used for saline delivery systems in general, Critical Care and Neonatal infusion where accuracy is
important which operated by gravity force.
