Lessons Learned
     Student engagement creates a lively and hopeful environment
     Secure seed money for start of planning activities
     Communication visits were an effective and low-cost tool for community building
     Regular planning meetings help building the workshop community and in keeping
      the momentum going and fresh ideas coming
     Announcements at international events help attract young international
      participants
     Capacity building should be a core activity of event planning
     Face book as an effective tool to coordinate team tasks
     Plan for emergency medical assistance at event
     Utilising expertise of event participants
     Set teams for session time management and allow for error in schedule
     Collective ownership, small organisations , volunteer values, ...
