Once Upon a Time…
There was a Real Estate Agent who had a working relationship with a preferred lender  ……But then everything changed.
The Bear Market came…  and her listings wouldn’t sell. There were no qualified Buyers
The rules changed…The Buyers and Sellers changed…The types of loans changed… The Real Estate  Agent was confused and overwhelmed. The industry was changing faster than she could keep up! She was officially burned out.
The Buyers and Sellers Were Equally Confused
Then one day, the Real Estate Agent attended a CE Course entitled, “How to Attract Buyers and Sellers Using Finance as a Tool.”
She learned about all of the different types of mortgages still available in today’s real estate market. The Sellers and the Buyers were happy!
And so was the Real Estate Agent because the homes were selling with very few complications.
The Real Estate Agent committed to continue her education about the ever changing loan products
And the Buyers, the Sellers and the Real Estate Agent lived happily ever after.
