If they do not have an IEP for an area they did not meet standard in, they need an SLP.  What about students enrolled in special education ? They already have individual education plans. Do we have to create separate learning plans for them?
They need an SLP in any area in which they did not meet standard.  Consult with the LAP staff to determine who will complete the plan. What about students who are receiving LAP services?  Do we have to create separate learning plans for them?
