This document debunks common myths about technology-enhanced language learning through a series of slides. It argues that new technologies allow for more self-organized, collaborative learning where students can curate and create content. However, technologies should be pedagogically exploited by teachers and seen as tools to support learning rather than replacements for traditional education. While new literacies are important for students, the focus should be on how technology enables learning rather than just having the newest devices.
