1.
This
competition
(“Competition”)
is
organized
by
Blogmusik
SAS
(“Deezer”)
and
is
open
to
all
residents
of
Belgium
and
Luxembourg
older
than
18
years
old.
Employees
(or
family
members
of
employees)
of
any
group
company
of
Deezer,
companies
associated
with
the
Competition
and
all
affiliates
of
such
companies
may
not
enter
this
Competition.
2.
Entrant
will
be
deemed
to
have
accepted
these
Terms
and
Conditions
and
agreed
to
be
bound
by
them
when
entering
this
Competition.
3.
Deezer
reserves
the
right
to
amend
these
Terms
and
Conditions
at
any
time.
4.
In
order
to
be
an
eligible
entry
to
the
Competition,
the
entrant
will
need
to
answer
correctly
to
one
(1)
question
on
the
page
of
the
Competition
accessible
on
winner.deezer.com
and
provide
his
full
name
and
email
address
(in
order
for
Deezer
to
send
the
Prize
described
in
Section
11
below).

Maximum
of
one
entry
per
person.

CET.
7.
Closing
Date:
February
16th
2014,
12:00
AM
CET.
Entries
received
after
the
Closing
Date
will
not
be
counted.
Proof
of
submission
of
an
entry
will
not
constitute
proof
of
delivery
and
no
responsibility
will
be
accepted
for
lost,
corrupted,
delayed
or
mislaid
entries.
8.
Deezer
does
not
accept
responsibility
for
network,
computer,
hardware
or
software
failures
of
any
kind,
which
may
restrict
or
delay
the
sending
or
receipt
of
an
entry.
Entries
must
not
be
sent
in
through
agents
or
third
parties.
Incomplete
entries,
and
entries
which
do
not
satisfy
the
requirements
of
these
Terms
and
Conditions,
will
be
disqualified
and
will
not
be
counted.
9.
There
will
be
one
(1)
winner.
The
winner
will
be
randomly
chosen
amongst
the
persons
that
have
made
a
complete,
correct
and
eligible
entry,
received
by
Deezer
before
the
Closing
Date.
10.
Deezer
will
notify
the
winner
by
email
within
two
(2)
days
following
the
Closing
Date.
The
winner
has
to
confirm
the
reception
of
the
email
within
24
hours
of
its
sending.
Once
the
winners
confirm
the
reception
of
the
email,
Deezer
will
send
the
Prize
at
the
email
address
provided
by
entering
the
Competition.
11.
Prize.
a) One
winner
will
receive
one
concert
duoticket
for
Gesaffelstein.
b) The
Prize
(or
any
part
of
it)
is
non-­‐refundable
and
non-­‐transferable.
12.
If
the
winners
are
not
able,
for
any
reason,
to
accept
the
Prize,
or
cannot
be
contacted
by
email
or
do
not
confirm
the
reception
of
Deezer’s
email
mentioned
in
Section
10.
of
the
present
Terms
&
Conditions
within
24
hours
of
its
sending,
Deezer
reserves
the
right
to
award
the
Prize
(or
any
part
of
it)
to
another
eligible
entrant.

2. 13.
Except
in
the
case
of
death
or
personal
injury
arising
from
its
negligence,
or
in
respect
of
fraud,
and
so
far
as
is
permitted
by
law,
Deezer
and
its
associated
companies
and
agents
exclude
responsibility
and
all
liabilities
arising
from:
a)
Any
postponement
or
cancellation
of
the
Competition,
and
b)
Any
changes
to,
supply
of
(including,
without
limitation,
prizes
which
do
not
reach
the
intended
recipient),
or
use
of
the
Prize,
and
c)
Any
act
or
default
of
any
third
party
supplier,
which
are
beyond
Deezer’s
reasonable
control.
14.
The
winners
agree
to
allow
Deezer
to
use
his/her
name
and
likeness
for
advertising
and
publicity
purposes
without
additional
remuneration.
15.
Apart
from
the
above
use
of
the
winners’
names,
Deezer
will
use
the
winners’,
and
each
entrant’s,
personal
details
for
the
purpose
of
administering
this
Competition.

16.
If
the
entrant
has
opted
in,
Deezer
and
its
business
partners
may
use
the
details
he
gives
in
the
inscription
form
to
contact
the
entrant
for
marketing
purposes
by
phone,
post,
email
and/or
SMS.
17.
This
Competition,
and
any
dispute
or
claim
arising
out
of
or
in
connection
with
it,
shall
be
governed
by
and
construed
in
accordance
with
the
law
of
Belgium.
The
entrant
irrevocably
agrees
that
the
courts
of
Belgium
shall
have
exclusive
jurisdiction
to
settle
any
dispute
or
claim
that
arises
out
of
or
in
connection
with
this
Competition.
