 Restricted number of users made sharing difficult
 Managers initial objections
 Cultural change

 Needed to remove the adoption barriers
– Removed moderations

– Interactions, communication and sharing highly improved
– Tool became solid among the pilot group
 Everybody was anxious to join and contribute
– Grow or fade away
– Expansion to all users was the natural and only way to go

  • 11. Initial Findings Not as easy  Rules did not help, but actually prevented adoption  Moderation was a major slow down  Restricted number of users made sharing difficult  Managers initial objections  Cultural change 11

Decision to expand – 6 months later …  Needed to remove the adoption barriers – Removed moderations • You are what you post – Interactions, communication and sharing highly improved – Tool became solid among the pilot group  Everybody was anxious to join and contribute – Grow or fade away – Expansion to all users was the natural and only way to go – Others areas demanded access to the tool – A corporate user is ready to collaborate and contribute in a Social Business environment 12
