extent of damage and carry out prompt repairs.
 Supervision of repair works in the Company Properties Portfolio and
updating of tenancy Schedule which includes Vital details of rent
payment, tenancy Period.
 Renewal of Lease Of tenants based on prevailing market rent as
determined.
 Advices Landlord on repairs and carrying out accrued repairs on
approval for management properties by dealing with various vendors
and suppliers in carrying out maintenance and upgrades.
 Selection of good tenants, rent collection and remittance,
documentation and preparation of tenancy agreement, monitoring of
rent roll, preparation of tenancy schedule, rent review and lawful
ejection of non-cooperating tenants.
 Acting as broker in a purchase, sale, lease of all residential, commercial
properties on behalf of the clients.
 Taking of Inventories of Landlord Fixtures and Fittings before tenants
