Ernest Nolte was a wonderful individual, who helped accomadate my
family while we were checking into the hotel. This is my fourth time
staying at the St. Regis Hotel in Qatar, and I personally feelthat Ernest
was a fantastic brand ambassador,who truly exemplifiesoutstanding
service, excellentcare and absolute class. I have had the honor to meet
multiple hotel employees throughout the years, and personally feelthat
Ernest is a unique asset to the St Regis brand. I look forward to staying
here in the near future, because Ernest and the rest of the employees
truly go above and beyond, and make me feellike family.
