maintaining a higher standard of
conduct than narrower rules or laws
might dictate.

• CEcDs due to recertify after January 1,
2013 are required to have two hours of
ethics each cycle
• IEDC’s first web seminar on the Ethics
was in November 2012. Starting in
2013, the webinar will be offered twice
a year.
• The ethics workshops are offered at
IEDC’s Annual Conference and
Leadership Summit
