Is well spaced out, making it very clear and easy to read.

It was clear and simple to use.

The letter was very well constructed, giving reference to the Country and enough information to
prevent the repetition of simple questions.

Letter?
To me it represented Toshiba in Portugal without taking anything away from the contents.

I liked the contrast between headers and contents.

Boa Tarde which is Good Afternoon in Portuguese and the picture of Portuguese’s one of many
statues was a nice touch.

It was well presented,informative and easy to understand.
