against cancer. Carleton University’s Relay for Life unites the Carleton
community with year-long fundraisers culminating in an annual event where
participants can enjoy food, festivities and entertainment, and celebrate their
fundraising achievements. The Sponsorship Committee Member(s) are
responsible for: developing an appropriate sponsorship package and contacting
local businesses and student run organizations for sponsorship opportunities. The

Ravens Gala Organizing Committee
Ravens Gala aims to impart institutional legacy support amongst student whilst
providing a forum to commemorate every student's undergraduate experience and
welcome soon to be graduates to the alumni community. Sales Assists are
responsible for: the implementation of marketing and communications plans on
behalf of the Organizing Committee; and for the promotion and sale of print and
on-line event tickets. The time commitment for this positions is variable. The

The Paul Menton Centre (PMC) is responsible for the coordination of academic

Notetakers are responsible for assisting students with disabilities who have
difficulty taking lecture notes. The average weekly time commitment is 1-3 hours.

societies activities; discussion panels; conferences; and speaker sessions. The

Carleton University’s Co-Curricular Record recognizes the “out-of-class” activities of students in a wide range of areas. Prior to documenting their co-curricular experiences,
