Solo Amusement Puzzle and a Conversation Piece

Arrange the fish from a ‘red eight-loop’(left), towards a ‘blue star formation’(right).
Go on arranging the fish eying the same manner, have the yellow islands all face North!

An amusement puzzle and a conversation piece.
Each circle turns left or right on command, thereby taking over
two fish from the neighboring circles.
1. Arrange the fish by color; alternating colors or grouping
them.
2. Have the fish orderly eying in the same manner.
3. Have the yellow islands in between facing the same North.
