This document analyzes the design elements and style conventions used across multiple issues of a music magazine called Masthead. Some key elements identified include the use of serif fonts to convey a classic, traditional feel targeting the magazine's audience. Color schemes are consistent within each issue but may change between issues, with white, black, red and yellow commonly used. Images typically relate to the musical artists or genres featured and include group shots, solo portraits and action shots. Captions, quotes, and other elements aim to engage the target readership assumed to already be familiar with the subjects. Layouts generally follow a three column structure with balanced text and images.
