2. D:FUSE teamed up with designer Simon Gao in AW14 to produce a
collection of 13 specially designed sneakers. To match his ‘Contrast
Aesthetic’ collection he worked closely with D:FUSE Design Director Ida
both in Europe and China to create a D:FUSE Scandinavian minimal
effect, which was a perfect fit for Simons color palette of muted greens, light
greys and bright whites. Showcased at Mercedes Benz Beijing fashion week,
our finest baby calf skin and lamb suede resemble a two toned leather effect
which is modern, edgy and fashion forward.

3. SIMONGAO’s low-key design is referred to as eternal artwork. Mixing
complicated architectural structure within simple visual effects together
makes people who wear SIMONGAO feel harmonious and comfortable.
SIMONGAO attaches importance to the overall artistic conception of
clothing, and also pays attention to the details of clipping and skillful manu-
facture. It creates a different chic avant-garde fashionable dress which is
mixed oriental delicate tranquil feeling and western effusive modern sense.

Designer Simon Gao and his brand SIMONGAO won the Mercedes-Benz
China Young Fashion Award, 2013. Standing out of numerous designers,
Simon Gao was entitled this honor because he created the widely-loved
collections by combining the oriental Buddhist wisdom and western
pioneer tailoring techniques. Mercedes-Benz will strongly support Simon
Gao to hold his personal fashion show in the official schedual of London
Fashion Week, one of the big four international fashion week, opening
the charpter of Simon Gao's presence in the global stage.
