ENACTED BY THE EKITI STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY AS FOLLOWS:
Title 1. Amendment of the Title
The Title of the Law is hereby amended by replacing the
entire title with “Ekiti State Waste Management Board
Law.”
Appointment 2. Amendment of Section 1(b) of the Principal Law
of Chairman Section 1(b) of the Law is hereby amended by replacing
and Members the section with “The Chairman of the Board and other
Members shall be appointed by the Governor.”

4. A new Section 1(c) now reads :- “The Chairman and two
other members shall be on full time while the remaining
four other members shall be on part-time basis.”
Meetings of the 3. Amendment of Section 3(1) of the Principal
Law
Board and its Section 3(1) of the Principal Law is hereby amended by
Quorum deleting the word “quarterly” and be replaced with “at
least once in a month.”

5. This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the
Bill, which has been passed by the Ekiti State House of Assembly and
found by me to be a true copy of the said Bill.
