 99 % of the participants consider Mentoring as a
meaningful instrument for the integration of migrants into
the labour market
 91 % of the interviewed persons think that the specific
knowledge of the mentees can facilitate the
internationalisation of Austrian economy
 40 % of the mentees have already been integrated into
the labour market
 80 % of the mentors feel that they derive a benefit from
the program
