2. Introduction:
In 21st century industrialist, academicians and researchers has considered Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) as most sensitive area in business management. Businesses worldwide directly or indirectly have some
negative impact on the environment, nature and the community and now they have realized their role to
minimize the effect through CSR contribution. Many companies have adopted CSR policies and have started
focusing on triple bottom line approach of social accounting, environment and financial return. The concept
of CSR refers to the business commitment toward a wide range of stakeholders besides shareholders and
investors. CSR encourages businesses towards making a positive impact on the environment, communities,
employees, consumers, shareholders and all other members of the public sphere who may also be
considered as stakeholders. In this edited book on “Corporate Social Responsibility: Perspective and Issues in
the 21st Century” the focus will be on the emerging perspectives, issues and theories of social responsibility.
Papers based on empirical research, experiences or promising ideas related to the book theme are invited for
consideration to this edited book.

3. Guidelines for Author:
Publication Details:
The book is proposed to be published by - Cambridge University Press (Under Process)
Submission of Abstract and Research Paper:
Full paper (not exceeding 4000-7000 words) must reach to the editor by June 25th, 2013. All Submission
should be made electronically (in MS -Word) to email-csrbook2013@gmail.com.
Guidelines for Headings:
Major headings should be written at the left hand margin in a bold font (14 point Bold) without underline in
lower case with initial capitals. They do not need to be numbered.
Subheadings:
Subheadings should be should start at the left-hand margin (12 point Bold) on a separate line in lower case
with initial capitals.
Title:
The title should be centered across the top of the first page and should have a distinctive font of 14 point. It
should be in a bold font and in lower case with initial capitals.
Authors’ Names and Addresses:
The authors’ names and addresses should be centered below the title. These lines should be 9 points Times
New Roman.
Keywords:
From 4 to 6 keywords should follow the abstract (as a subheading: Key words, of the Abstract) in Times New
Roman font (12 Point).
Illustrations or pictures:
All illustrations or pictures should be clear black and white prints. Supply the best quality illustrations or
pictures possible.
Guidelines for References
Relevant works must be cited in the reference list at the end of the paper in an alphabetical order. Authors
are advised to include only those references which have been used in their paper. Some of the
guidelines/examples for references are as follows:
