Good Stuff Happens in 1:1 Meetings: Why you need them and how to do them well
Banerjee Nirmalya recomendation from Shili Bagchi MD
1. To whom it may concern:
I am extremely pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Dr. Nirmalya Banerjee MD, MHA.. Dr.
Banerjee and I worked collaboratively at Integrated Universal Healthcare as well as at Neurology
Associates PC for a total of five years and I found him a conscientious and very hardworking professional.
One of the main reasons that Dr. Banerjee and I have been successful coworkers on almost every project
that the company has been entrusted with is his ability to delve into details. In his role as a Clinical and
Research Physician/ Managed Care he came across many challenges; his reason for success in meeting
all these challenges head-on is his ability to chart out his limitations. He is never shy of asking for help
and takes constructive criticism quite well.
During the years that I have worked with Dr. Banerjee I have had the opportunity to observe his
interpersonal style – he is a pleasant individual who believes in positive motivation and his staff is never
dissatisfied under his supervision. I would describe him as a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who
has a great penchant for meeting deadlines. Dr. Banerjee is an accomplished multitasker who has
ensured the efficacy of many projects.
It has always been my utmost pleasure to work with Dr. Banerjee since from his academic point he is the
most excellent physician any practice or organization will be very fortunate to have. As a person he is
very dedicated at his job as I remember while we were at Neurology Associate majority of patients always
wanted to see him as their physician due to the compassionate he had towards his patients. Dr. Banerjee
is a dedicated, brilliant and hardworking physician any organization should be fortunate to have him on
board. I learned a lot from him and it was my pleasure to work under him.
I fully recommend Dr. Banerjee for the position with your company as I am positive of his ability to
undertake even the most complex of work. Please feel free to call me at (203)954-8195 if you would like
me to further elaborate on Dr. Nirmalya Banerjee’s abilities.
Thank you very much,
Shilpi Bagchi MD, MHA
