ETBCA is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization. It was incorporated in 1989 as the 34th Street Business and Community Development Alliance. In January of 2000, the organization merged with the Belmont/Jackson Heights Civic Association under its present name. The mission of East Tampa Business and Civic Association, Inc. (ETBCA) is to develop a healthy business and commu- nity climate in order to stimulate economic opportunities and improved living conditions. DIANNE HART
Dianne Hart is the CEO of East Tampa Business and Civic Association Inc. since 2008. from 1999 to 2008, she was Community Develop- ment Specialist. She directs ETBCA's new homes construction projects, including locating andassembling land for development of affordable housing, recruiting homebuyers and qualifying to pur- chase and or substantially rehabilitate existing homes., working with contractors and with the City of Tampa an Hillsborough County in these endeavors.
Dianne has amassed experience in community organizing and in radio and television communi- cations modalities. She hosted two 26- week public access community television forums, "East Tampa Focus TV." She interfaces regularly with community and business representatives as well as public officials.
She has received awards and honors from a variety of agencies and organizations at the local, state, and national levels. Since 1993, her affiliations have been wide-ranging including President of the Hillsborough County Democratic Black Caucus, President of the Youth Education Town (YET) Center Advisory Committee, Belmont Heights Little League Board of Directors, Positive Image Committee and Chair of Hillsborough County Children Services. She works to make a difference in the community.

ALBERT LEE
Albert Lee, President and CEO – Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corporation is today’s moderator for the morning session . Albert started his banking career over 20 years ago after graduating from Florida A&M University. He knows the needs of small business owners intimately, thanks to over twenty years in the financial industry doing retail and business loans. Albert also worked for the University of South Florida’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) as the area manager for Pinel- las County. In addition, he has his personal experience as a small business owner of four local dry cleaning stores which employed 15 people. All four locations were sold to a local competitor in 2002. The Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corporation is a 25 year-old multi-million dollar community development financial institution that specializes in providing financing for African-American-owned and other small businesses. He is also the Managing Principal of Heights Capital Group LLC, a boutique-consulting firm that assists small businesses in securing financing and troubleshooting business financ- ing issues. He is also the past Board President of the CDC of Tampa.
ADRIAN A. FRANKS
Adrian Franks, owner of Creative Works, is the keynote speaker and a leader in evolving digital medium. Having an affinity for all things creative, Adrian’s background in big concept thinking has become a powerful asset for various crea- tive endeavors. With over 14 years of experience in the field of design, advertis- ing, and fine arts, he now focuses most of his creativity on the rapidly emerging, always evolving digital medium. As the Internet began to take off in the late 90’s, Adrian felt the need to move creatively beyond the realm of traditional media by working for a digital agency that mainly built B2B sites. Over the next 9 years he produced work that ranged from interactive DVD’s, portal sites, micro-sites, rich media banners, and blogs, to flash kiosks. His interactive design experience is vast and he has worked on such prestigious accounts as Toyota, Florida’s Natural, Marriott, Coca-Cola, GM, Macy’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walmart, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, 2010 U.S. Census, Bank of America, AT&T, Home Depot, Bermuda Department of Travel, and Publix Super Markets. Some other accomplishments were receiving a Gold Addy for the Publix Greenwise micro-site and a Bronze Addy for the Florida’s Natural Orange Diaries Blog.

DANIELLE TINSLEY
Danielle Tinsley is the owner and founder of GreatGlam.com. She is originally from upstate New York and a graduate of Florida A&M University. Great Glam is an on line retailer of trendy women's clothing. The business began on eBay in 1999 and expanded into its own website in 2004. Great Glam is woman owned and entirely woman operated and based in Tallahassee, Florida. Great Glam has over 250,000 Facebook followers and 40 employees.

5. NEVIN GRIFFITH
Nevin Griffith is a professional baseball player turned software app developer. This Tampa native educated through the Hillsborough County Magnet School programs. He graduated with a 4.7 GPA. He received multiple college scholarship offers; however Nevin decided to enter into the 2007 Major league Baseball draft. He was chosen 89th overall pick by the Chicago White Sox organization, where he played professionally for the next 5 years. During which time he was selected to pitch for the 2011 Carolina League Allstar team. He left his first love, playing baseball to develop software. Engee Technology is one of a few emerging tech entities in the immediate Tampa Bay area. Nevin Griffith, co-founder Nevin developed a software "Velo" designed to calculate the speed of moving objects. “Velo” is the first of many innovative products set to be released by the Engee Technology Group in the near future. This software was inspired by the radar gun and America's favorite pastime, and will change the way fans view the sports world. Nevin is currently seeking an engineering degree and looks forward to sharing many new exciting ideas in the future.

Sean Josephs is the Vice President of Blue Lynx Marketing; a full service Tampa based marketing agency and Google Partner. Blue Lynx specializes in website design, pay per click search advertisement, graphic development, search engine optimization and integrated marketing strategy for both local and national clients. His expertise is tailoring and varying the size and scope of each of their client’s social media campaigns based on the client's needs, budget and marketing objectives is vital information for small business owners seeking to expand their reach and growth as cost-effectively as possible.

ANTOINETTE MUTCHERSON
Antoinette Mutcherson “Toni” is a Tampa native. Throughout her childhood she had very vivid imagination and loved art and reading. Toni graduated from Clark Atlanta University with her Bachelor degree in Business Marketing in 2007 and The Fashion Institute of Technology and received a degree in Jewelry Design in 2009. Toni has written a series of children's books titled The Adventures of Jett. The character in the book is named after her oldest daughter Jett. Antoinette’s books not only celebrate Jett's unique name but also explore and ignite the minds of young children and to their imaginations. Toni has been extremely successful in marketing her books through social media.

Cameron Colvin of Southern Telcom Communications is a Tampa based IT and Telecommunications Project Management Firm providing data network systems design, computer quipment installation, and best practice online computer technology skills for businesses. He is the instructor the Expo’s instructor for effectively using YouTube for your business.
