There is no such thing as
a “safe” tan. Sunburned
skin is not the only sign of
sun damage. Any change
in the color of your skin
or freckles is the result of
damage to the top layer
of skin. This includes

6. Can sun damage turn into skin cancer?
Most skin cancer is caused by too much UV exposure.
In the early stages, it usually resembles a freckle or a
mole that can sometimes change in size, shape or
