Case Study – X-Selling a New Publication
Summary
This case study shows how we had to x-sell a new title to existing subscribers through a 3 for £5
trial offer.
Challenge
We faced the challenge of x-selling a brand new history publications to subscribers of a vehicle
publication as well as leading with a Direct Debit offer.
Campaign
We briefed the team on the content and background of the title. We then pin pointed the key
selling points of the new title and devised a script.
Results
We succeeded in promoting the new title and gained 600 new subscribers, 70% of these went
on to have a full subscription.
