Marketing has it’s own tools – but many of them are very similar to the ones that are used in Project Management. Project Manager works with stakeholders, Marketer with his target group. Both Project Manager and Marketer has it’s goals and KPI’s. What one industry can learn from the other? Many people think that marketing has only chaos in it’s nature and is much different than the structured and logic Project Management. But… is it? There are many things we can learn from each other. We have to remember, that we are all working in the human business – communication, relations, insporation and precise goal setting are the key in every project.
