There is a 50% liability on all bookings once made, whether by post, fax, or email. There is a no refund policy
for cancellations received on or after one month before the start of the event. Should you decide to cancel after this date, the full invoice must be paid. Conference notes
will then be sent to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer places between conferences and executive briefings. However, if you cannot attend the conference, you
