2. Background of Analysis
1. The public election process in Indonesia has started to be a big issue
2. Republika on August 2022; tpolitical parties registeration and on
December 2022 Komisi Pemilihan Umum declared there are twenty
four parties can join the election.
3. Detik Jatim, Tibun Jakarta, Mediaku reported on October 2023 there
are more than hundred billboards are found Malang, Jakarta and Bali.
4. Kaesang Pangarep is exposed as he took over one of political party
(PSI) (The Jakarta Post on September, 23 2023).
5. Kaesang statement; he wants his generation to be more involved in
public administration. He believed that politics is an alternative way to

expression of joy and success and it also

powers.

12. Conclusion
As finding described previously, Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI) is
proudly present Kaesang Pangarep as the new chairman in that party.
The members, previous chairman, and Joko Widodo, believe that he
can give a new point of view in Indonesian Political atmosphere with
the idea of POLITIK RIANG GEMBIRA which reduce the pressure
of politic into harmonious and caring; in addition, he can guide PSI
become a political party for young generation to deliver their vote to
make a new vision of Indonesian development. However, through
this billboard we also can found that the culture of patriarchy still
exist nowadays or even supported by the society. The existence of
male becoming a leader and women just supported or even only
enjoying the euphoria, in spite of , the change becoming leader
should be equal between male and female.
