Comprehensive transformation of 1960’s salt box home expansion/ renovation in Curtis Point. The existing structure was expanded by building over the existing garage to add 2 bedrooms & bath connected by a large light filled stair tower/bridge. Expansion over the kitchen enabled a master bedroom suite (400 sf) to be created by combining smaller rooms. The existing 2,800 sf home was expanded to 4,100 sf, which entailed creating large open kitchen, great room and entertainment rooms that flowed to the pool patio with dock beyond.
