2. Your Presenter…Bio Dawn Boyer…D. Boyer Consulting Twenty+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager and/or Director, past/current owner of two businesses, and a partner in a third. She has spent over 10 years in the recruiting field, four of which were in the defense industry as a Senior Recruiter, HR Manager, or Director of HR.
