➢ Directed and managed LEED Architects, Engineering Planners, Project Controls Engineers, MEP, Structural Engineers,
Civil Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Construction Managers and Environmental Specialist for the design and
construction of a 1M SF office complex in Abu Dhabi, Masdar City. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG), the
project was the first carbon neutral Zero energy building at the time. Estimated construction costs US$500,000,000.

➢ Established a dedicated Satellite engineering staff to provide service to Multi-National Banks and government (Dutch
Military). Small core team provided 24 hour response to maintain critical communication links. Business was conceived
to expand our Telecom Services. (GeniO, 2003-06)
Management:
➢ Structured buy-out of international office (35 staff) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and conversion of Telecom
dedicated engineering office to full service Civil Engineering Consultancy. Established core client base of Multi-National
clients such as Reebok/Adidas, Heineken, Jones Lange Lasalle, Siemens, Tycom and grew non telecom generated
revenue base to 65% of sales. (Edwards and Kelcey, 2000-01)
➢ Coordinated with Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs to finance and run pilot project for the training of Philippines
Engineers in the design and construction of telecom facilities. (GeniO, 1996-00)
➢ Selected/procured/managed a team of technical specialists from several firms (SOM, Mott MacDonald, SWA) to plan
and design a 25,000 acre (10,000 Ha.) resort island in the northern Philippines (largest SE Asian development project at

Provided Project and Construction Management for two prestigious projects valued at over $2B, and 200,00 SM of new
construction.

ABM Military College, Qatar, Project + Construction Manager
Managed the construction of Qatar’s New Military College’s Residential Quarters and Dining Facilities for 1500 cadets.
• Fast tracked a construction project with an 18-month duration with 35,000 SM in residential suites and 25,000 SM of
dining kitchen staff accommodations and stores. Completion targeted for May 2013.

Owner and Managing Director
Managed a design group of 15 professionals comprised of architects, civil engineers and construction field inspectors along with
technical support staff.
• Structured and negotiated a Management Buy-Out of Edwards and Kelcey’s European Operation. Following the buy-out,
retained a 50% shareholder position and functioned as the Managing Director.
• Strategically expanded the client base gaining several multinational retail clients, including Reebok, Wal-Mart, and
Heineken; and simultaneously grew GeniO’s major telecom market base to include Vodafone, Versatel, Orange, T-
Mobile and more.

Director of European Operations
Recruited by New Jersey-based Edwards and Kelcey to manage its International Operation, headquartered in Amsterdam, the
Netherlands.
• After assuming the Director position for the firm, developed its Telecommunications Engineering Services, recruited and
developed a staff of all local professionals to provide Design and Program/Project Management services to multi-
national clients such as Reebok, Wal-Mart and others.
• Enabled the Netherlands office of Edwards and Kelcey to pre-qualify for providing services to the World Bank, the
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and NATO, along with having the firm ISO Certified.

Served as Chairman of the RBA Group Far East Limited and the RBA Group International organizations, expanding RBA's markets

major A/E New Town assignments in Taiwan (ROC), China (PROC), the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, the

in the wireless communications field.
• Developed a strategic marketing alliances to address planning and design opportunities for non-vehicle modes of
transportation. This expertise became a focus of RBA's Planning Group, expanding its service base throughout the US in
this specific market sector.
• Increased the company client base to include Marriott International, Wal-Mart, McDonalds Corporation, The Rouse
