Chef David’s Mission Statement:
As a graduate of United Kingdom’s City & Guilds Culinary College
and 25 year veteran of the culinary arts, I strive to create the freshest, ‘from-
scratch’ recipes and build menus that serve the most distinguished palates;
and, through the use of whole foods, fresh produce, and certified meats,
create culinary dishes that meet the most stringent parameters of cost,
quality and dietary restrictions, whilst adhering to the most conscientious
food handling, sanitation and hygiene practices.
In doing so, I produce with passion every meal,
every dish and every morsel, as if I were
cooking for my very own
family.

A Pathways Senior Living LLC Holding
Oak Hill is a 94 apartment supportive living community, located in
Round Lake Beach, Illinois. Oak Hill offers adults 65 and older
deluxe accommodations in private studio and 1-bdrm apartments.
Residents have access to beautifully appointed gathering spaces:
a community dining room, theater, billiards room and therapy center,
as well as exterior amenities such as a greenhouse, extensive walking
paths, gazebo, community garden and playground.

Stony Stratford, Buckinghamshire
This historic 15th century
coaching inn is set in the
picturesque market town of
Stony Stratford. The Cock
Hotel rose to national
importance as the official
staging post for the famous
Manchester Flier, which took a
25-minute stop at The Cock for
dinner. Other travelers staying
at the hotel and The Bull
opposite vied with each other
in the telling of outrageous
‘tales of the road’, from
whence the famous phrase
‘Cock and Bull story’ derives.
