winning bid for the purchase of the Robb & Stucky name and other
intellectual property assets. Samson Holding is the parent company of
Universal Furniture, Legacy Classic, Craftmaster Furniture, Lacquercraft
Hospitality, Encore Furniture, Samson International and Willis & Gambler.
Samson Holding CEO Samuel Kuo plans to add Robb & Stucky into
Samson Holding’s retail portfolio in China.
