Who are we?
Redbrick Construction Limited is owned and managed by David O’Reilly and Paul Byrne,
who have worked in partnership for over twenty five years in the refurbishment, project
management, and maintenance of public houses in Dublin. The owners have amassed a
broad range of experience in all aspects of the Construction Industry. The emphasis of the
business has always been on high quality work carried out in a speedy and efficient
manner. This quality and efficiency has been acknowledged by the large number of
projects awarded to David and Paul over the years when quality and time were of the
essence.

and St. George's Church Hardwicke Place, The Old Boro School opened in 1809 and played
Swords, Co. Dublin an integral part in the life of Swords until closing its doors for the last time as a school in
2000. Today, having been carefully renovated by Paul and David so that the traditional and
contemporary merge comfortably together, The Old Boro has once again become a hub of
Swords life as a public house
