A brief example of ppt of case, on how to show and share a good ppt in your reporting. This ppt is about management of business. It was a great example of presentation of cases. FOR THIS WILL HELP YOU TO IMPROVE YOUR CREATIVENESS . Templates from Wps though this was not that fame.
1. ALMA ELECTRONICS:
I’ll Dream of You
CASE 1:

3. Part 01
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
In 1979, Mr. Mallari opened a small shop selling transistor radios.A transistor
radio is a small portable radio receiver that uses transistor-based circuitry.
The demand for electronics parts made him carry a wide assortment of parts
that are used in the assembly and maintenance of radios, tape recorders,
amplifiers, and various related appliance radios. In 1990, Mr. Mallari
purchased land to build a two-story building where his shop would be on the
first floor and his residence would be on the second floor.
4. Part 01
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
He has already started operating his stores in these towns: San Jose City,
Gapan, and Guimba, and sales are already picking up. His current operations
cover sales and repair. There are five sales ladies in Cabanatuan who attend
to the various needs of the customers. Those who bring their appliances for
repair are served by one of the six technicians. The parts used come from the
stocks maintained at the store.
5. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
This study aims to know and solve these problems of Mr. Mallari in
the case of Alma Electronics: I’ll dream of you.Regarding Mr.
Mallari's case, he has three sons who will be in college soon. He
was deciding which program in engineering his son would belong
to.
These are the questions in solving this case study:
1.
1.Which program in engineering will
suit Mr. Mallari's son best when he
wants his son to handle a company
factory soon?
2.
2.What other courses, except for
engineering, will his son be
interested in that are connected to
manufacturing and handling in a
factory or plant?
3.
3.Does his dream come true if his
sons pick other courses not
related to handling factories or
manufacturing?
6. Part 02
FINDINGS:
Mr. Mallari has a chance to fulfill his dreams if his son is interested in working
someday in a factory handling plants and manufacturing. If only his son
wanted to take an industrial engineering course or operations and
management courses. There's a chance if he could influence and encourage
his son to be interested in factories like him. His son could make his dream
come true. His son can take Industrial engineering where it is a type of
engineering that involves optimizing various components of industry, such as
business operations, systems, and processes. It is the branch of engineering
that involves figuring out how to make or do things better.
7. Part 02
FINDINGS:
Industrial engineers are concerned with reducing production costs,
increasing efficiency, improving the quality of products and services,
ensuring worker health and safety, protecting the environment, and
complying with government regulations. They work to eliminate waste of
time, money, materials, energy, and other commodities by applying the
sciences of engineering, the study of systems, and the management of
people.
8. Part 02
FINDINGS:
There is also one course that can help Mr. Mallari to decide it is the operations
management course that teaches students how to identify and evaluate
operations-related problems and find the most effective and efficient solution to
develop internal processes and systems within any company or industry.
The course covers topics such as:
Capacity planning
Quality control
Production design
Operations productivity and competitiveness in context
The creation of an operational strategy
Design in operations management
Operations layout and flow in Operations Management
Process Technology in Operations Management
Job design and work organization in operations management
9. CONCLUSIONS
In this case, Mr. Mallari can either choose an industrial engineering or
operations and management course for his son to make his dreams come true.
When the time comes, his son will interested in taking these courses. Mr.
Mallari can be one of the successful business owners like his classmate he met
at the reunion. The businessman who started a small shop now owned a factory
that was operated by his son. He can inspire a lot of students and people to be
like him. His son will be a role model to all students because he is a respectful
and hardworking child who wants to make his parents dream come true as
payment for all the hard work his parents put in.
10. RECOMMENDATION
In a case like this, if we were Mr. Mallari, I would like my son to take
industrial engineering. Why? Industrial engineering focuses on how to
handle factories and manufacturing companies, which is one of the
highest positions in a company. We would recommend to Mr. Mallari that
this course can really help to improve skills on resolving problems in a
workplace or inside a company with no hassle, and having this degree will
really help to succeed in a short period of time. Of course, it depends on
determination and hard work.
