PJT03123 / SharePoint Phases (Multi Phases/Releases. Agile / Web Development)
Scope: custom new development project using the accelerated agile development methodology. Adding new features to the SharePoint
Site. SharePoint was originally deployed with base features/functionality, with the expectation that those capabilities would be augmented
in phases in 2014 & 2015. This is the second phase for those annual SharePoint Phases projects to cumulatively add business value to the
SharePoint platform. This would reduce dependency on the helpdesk and IT support in provisioning new SharePoint sites, Breaking
Inheritance and self-management of security. Also, create a common look and feel across SharePoint sites
All Consumers Energy SharePoint users (specifically Power users and Site owners) will be affected by this newly developed Share Point

Scope: Consumers Energy’s wireless devices are an essential part of its network communications infrastructure. These devices are
purchased, implemented, maintained, and refreshed by the Wireless Networks Team with assistance from contractors as needed. All
hardware have limited life spans when they can operate reliably. Some of the components work with software which continually is
upgraded and a point is reached when the software is no longer compatible with older hardware. Also, most of these devices/components
are governed by Federal regulations which are subject to change from time to time potentially causing the need to modify or replace them.

demand. DISCO will determine what raw material cheese POs and STOs need to be created by SAP. Once created by SAP, they will be sent
to OTM for transportation planning. Dairy.com and Werner VAS will no longer be used for cheese transportation. These will be the first
raw material and inbound orders that systematically feed into OTM that the TOC plans.

collateral must be mapped to a defined list of collateral types defined by Basel II and all collateral data must be available for financial
reporting to meet regulator requirements. This project defines both the data needed to meet non-retail Basel II collateral requirements
and the reporting requirements need to address OCC requirements. In addition to addressing the regulatory requirement, LGD (Loss Given
Default) data requirements needed to process default loans have been included in the scope of this project to address existing LGD data
