1. This is the Czech Republic. It is a
small country in the middle of
Europe . There are ten milion
people. The capital city is Prague.
About one milion people live
there.

2. There is Charles´s bridge. Charles IV.
built it. According to legend, it was
build from eggs and wine. There are
other interesting places, such as
Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral….

3. There are three parts: Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.

The largest cities are Prague, Brno and Ostrava.

4. There are lot of forests and
national natural parks. For
example: Czech Switzerland,
National park Krkonose or
National park Sumava.
There are two
biggest rivers in
the Czech
Republic -the Labe
and the Vltava.
There are many
caves and gulfs.

5. Our county is known as a
producer of beer, wine , plum
brandy and cars.
Our traditional meal is
dumplings with cabbage and
roasted pork.

6. This is Klasterec nad Ohri. It is a
small town with population
about sixteen thousand people.
The town is situated between
the Ore mountains and the
Doupov near a frontier with
Germany.
This is a town
symbol.

7. There is castle in Klasterec
nad Ohri. It is red and its
roof is green. The castle is
next to the river Ohre.
The castle is in a nice
town park. There are very
old trees and peacocks in
the park.

8. In the Klasterec there is a porcelain
factory. The factory was founded in
the eighteenth century. It is the
third oldest porcelain factory in the
Czech Republic.
In the surrondings of the town
there are mines and fossil power
stations.
There is an aquapark in Klasterec nad Ohri. People
go there every sunny day in the summer. There are
two slides and some pools and playgrounds.

9. This is our school.
It isn´t a big school. There are
about 300 students and 28
teachers. There are three
buidings – one for primary,
secondery and the last for a
school canteen with a club.
Our symbol is raccoon. We
are adoptive parents of it in
the ZOO.

10. There are chemistry,
physics and biology
classrooms and each class
has got own classroom.
There are three computer
classrooms in the school.

11. This is a school club.
Children from first grade
to third grade come here.
They can play with toys
or play board games .
This is our cateen. It is
open from twelve o´clock
to two o´clock. They cook
good meals.

12. There is a ceramics
workshop in the school.
Many children go there
after school. Some
products are also sold.
There is workshop of manual
work. There we work with wood.
There is a lot of wood.
