Operations – Systematizing the reporting requirements of outside agencies, the oversight
complexities of department managers, and the processes of data-entry and customer
contact personnel into a relational structure that supports the daily, monthly, quarterly,
and/or annual procedures.
Documentation – Creating manuals and on-line resources from detailed procedures step
individuals through routines and task to consistently produce dependable, timely and
accurate data and reports at all levels of enterprise. Additional training resources
quickly bring new-hires to proficiency; making “the complex understandable.”
Productivity – The results: Consistent A+ ratings from reporting agencies; less time spent
editing data; recaptured managerial and data-entry hours directed toward previously
sidelined tasks; and company-wide increased productivity.
