Details onSchedule, Dress and Simulcast
For those attending the award ceremony and dinner
The male staff will be in tuxedos. Some attendees may dress up.
Most male attendees will be in jacket and tie or suits.
Santa Barbara is a resort area; ties are not required.
Women will dress applicably.
At 3:00 pm, the temperature will be around 70 degrees F.
There will be a green room at the U-Club for those wishing to change
clothes. The green room is the Park room, upstairs. The Ladies room is
also roomy and nice.
For those unable to attend the award ceremony and dinner
The entire program will be simulcast.
You can tune in on your computer to see the entire show.
You must sign up first at http://www.gotomeeting.com/fec/webinar.
(Citrix, GoToMeeting, and GoToWebinar are the same company).
DO THIS NOW—be ready.
if you don’t have GoToMeetingsoftware on your computer already, you
must download it. Go to

If you have the download file on your computer, you will be taken to
the simulcast. If you do not, you will be prompted to download the
GoToMeeting program. You may see
“Your session should start in a minute, but if not, please
downloadGoToMeeting.” Click on it.
You will be sent a Zip file. Unzip and load it.
Then Sean Somics(and Citrix, GoToMeeting) will send you a reminder
and the invitation link for the “webinar” about 3:30 Saturday,Pacific
time. The message will look like this:

in case you run into any problems.
