• Founded in Bellingham, WA in 1971 on the belief that
when a service provider meets or exceeds client
expectations they will be rewarded with more work
• Specialize in providing project management, engineering,
procurement, and construction coordination services
• Serve the oil and gas industry
– 98% of our work is process plant related
– Mostly small to medium projects, generally under $20MM
total installed cost (TIC)
