center or visit 1 or 2 times
• Average grad will take nearly 8 months to get a
job
• 53 percent of those under 25 with a degree are
either under employed or unemployed?
8. What is Shared Services?
Shared services refers to the provision of a
service by one part of an organization or group
where that service had previously been found
in more than one part of the organization or
group.
Thus the funding and resourcing of the service
is shared and the providing department
effectively becomes an internal service
provider. The key is the idea of 'sharing' within
an organization or group.

A conflated business model is
when an organization juggles too
many ways of bringing in
