Write a letter or a card
- In this digital age, there’s something nice about getting a
personal letter or card - impress your clients and prospects.
- A letter indicates the importance – the client will value your
effort.
- All business people write e-mails and call their clients – be
different, be different from the rest.
- Since you use this timeless approach – clients will remember
you and as a result, you will sell more.
Three ideas of when to write
1) Season’s Greetings Card: Perfect chance to make people
remember you - don’t talk about business!
2) Client Event (e.g.“Showcase”,”Visitor-Day” etc. ): Great
moment to send an invitation card with all details – short &
simple.
3) New Product: Send a letter to all clients and highlight some
major facts – details have to be followed-up on during an
appointment.
…and never forget: A card & a letter have to be formal!
