The faircom group euro american communication merger
1. The Faircom Group-EuroAmerican Communication Merger
Established in 1993 by Corinne Servily, EuroAmerican Communication spent nearly 20 years enlightening
clients on using direct marketing for their fundraising needs. Under the guidance of its President and
founder Servily, this group operated offices in New York City and Paris.
A Europe-based firm, Faircom Group also offers direct marketing and communications assistance to
philanthropic and for-profit customers. A larger organization than EuroAmerican Communication, it
possesses 11 offices in Europe, along with one in the United States.
Recently, EuroAmerican Communication merged with Faircom Group and joined the parent group's
affiliates such as Actimail Geneva, Faircom Paris, and Faircom Brussels. This deal enables
EuroAmerican Communication, today called Faircom Group New York, to utilize the extensive resources
of its parent company. Sharing a client list of over 100 global non-profit entities, the two businesses
benefit from this arrangement when providing the best services to its customers. Moreover, Corinne
Servily serves as President of Faircom Group New York and appreciates how the relationship changes
her firm from a “consulting boutique” to a “full service, international direct marketing agency.”
