Duck CreekVillage
Duck Creek Village, Utah, and the surrounding area is the
perfect place to build your mountain home. Whether you’re
looking for a weekend getaway place or a permanent
home in the mountains, you would be hard-pressed to find
a more ideal location.
Cedar Mountain Builders is conveniently
located right off of Highway 14,
recognized as one of Utah’s most scenic
highways. Just 29 miles from Cedar
City, Duck Creek Village is nestled in
the heart of the Dixie National Forest.
The area is situated in a “magic triangle”
in the southwestern part of the state,
perfectly located near some of the most
spectacular scenery, attractions and
activities in the world. Zion National
Park, Bryce Canyon National Park,
Brian Head (“Highest Resort Town”
in America), Cedar Breaks National
Monument, Mammoth Cave, Cascade
Falls, Aspen Mirror Lake and many
more scenic locations are all within 50
miles of Duck Creek Village.
The area is known for its diversity and
beauty. From the stunning spectrum
of reds in the desert canyon gorges
to the lush gamut of greens in the
high mountain forests, southwestern
Utah offers some of the most amazing
vistas anywhere.
Due to this diversity of landscape, the area is
known for its wide-ranging year `round outdoor
activities. Camping, hiking, fishing, ATV riding,
mountain biking, horseback riding, skiing, and
snowmobiling are just a few of the things you can
enjoy in and around Duck Creek Village.
Scenic beauty isn’t all the area has to offer
either. An amazing array of wildlife is plentiful
in the area including elk, antelope, deer, bald
eagles, hummingbirds and much more. If you’re
a nature lover, this area is your nirvana!

“Rudy exceeded our expectations with his dedication to
making sure everything went smoothly from the beginning
to the end. His insight, experience and contributions helped
us complete our wonderful home!
Needless to say, we are convinced
Cedar Mountain Builders was the best
company to complete our dream.”
– Karen & Tony
“The best part of the construction of
our dream cabin was the personalized
attention that Rudy gave us from
beginning to the end of the construction.
We not only own a cabin in the
beautiful Cedar Mountains, but we also
have a new friend named Rudy.”
– Teri & Marcos
“We want to thank you and the rest
of your outstanding crew at Cedar
Mountain Builders for helping us make
what was once just a distant dream
become our reality. Initially, it was our
hope to build a small retreat in southern
Utah to relax, unwind and enjoy the
sights and sounds of Mother Nature.
What we ended up with far surpassed
anything we had ever thought possible.
Again, thank you for all that you’ve done
for us. You more than kept your word.”
– Steve & Pam
