#1 Be Visual 
You have 3 places to add an image: the page 
background, the header image and the profile 
pic. Take advantage of this opportunity to brand 
your profile with your colors and logo. 
● Upload a cool background image that has 
a picture of your building, office space or 
other industry visual. Use the upper left 
corner to display important website 
URLS/email addresses. 
● Your profile pic is the best place for your 
company logo. 
● Don’t be afraid to show off your 
employees.

#2 Name It Properly 
Take your company name and add 
the word ‘careers’ at the end. Avoid 
using _underscores or - dashes if 
possible. 
If you post a lot of jobs consider using 
a job only account like amtrak does:

#3 Use it to Source 
The candidates are there waiting to 
be discovered. Use the Twitter 
people search to search for keywords 
inside people’s bios. Put them into 
lists.

location (ideally city & state) or at least

If you can tweet on weekends
