CASE ONE 鋼櫃公司(Steelcase)，全球辦公家具的製造大廠 客戶要求： 替室內組合系統家具設計「活動式貯藏」的概念

設計困難：問題很明確，但方向很模糊 鋼櫃公司即使提供方向、分享心得，IDEO仍沒辦法 充分了解問題 →到辦公室實際觀察、提問

使用者表面上：檔案歸在檔案櫃或電腦 使用者實際上：習慣堆放文件 使用者問題 ：堆檔而非歸檔 設計解決：加裝輪子的小桌子 →不改變堆檔習慣，而用更有效率的方 式

CONCLUSION 親身體驗勝於一切虛擬與想像 即使專家的說法，也未必切中使用者心聲 人並不一定喜歡做「對」的事 習慣難以改變，需要一段時間適應，敏銳的觀察可以 縮短周期
