- Today I am going to talk to you about passion. My passion for my business. Ten years ago I was passed up for a promotion for a much younger woman with out experience in commercial real estate. After a few months it became clear to me that I was just miserable. So, I came home that night and told my husband it is time for us to move to Maine and start all over. So we did.
- Chuck and I built our company with purpose and passion.
- We now have up to 60 people we can call upon to work events. Our employees love to work with us because we are passionate about what we do.
- Some caterers still work out of their home or garage. We have an actual café.
- We have a fully insured full service liquor license.
- This is a martini Luge that I designed and had an ice sculpture make for a party. I pay attention to all kinds of details.
- We are a multifaceted company. Did we start a business that just functions during the summer months for outdoor events-NO- we cater breakfast, lunch and dinner as well.
- There are thousands of caterers in Maine. Some of the top names are here. We came here in 2000 and started making a name for ourselves in a short period of time.
- What sets us apart from other caterers?
- Since 2004 we have received 3 different awards and have been featured in 3 different newspaper articles.
- What also sets us apart from other caterers is our high quality food, service and fair pricing. Casey Family services could not believe the difference in our pricing compared to many others.
- Chuck or I are at every event.. Our staff smile a lot and we dress differently. We go the extra mile.
- We are a member of the International Caterers Association.
- Chuck and I always dreamed about owning our own catering business full time. We Are living our dream!
- We have 5 Store rooms. Chuck and I spent 5 years going to consignment shops, garage sales and bargain hunting. We can serve about 75 people with all different china, glass and silver.
- This is called an EVO grill. It made it’s debut last week at the coffee news Texas BBQ. This is an amazing boy toy and it is all mine!
- We work well with charitable organizations. We give back to our Community
- This summer we catered a fund raiser for CELT
- Another look at CELT I can match any color theme of an event
- Our basil cheese torta is a feature at all of our events.
- Our biggest target market is weddings. I LOVE weddings.

- Sushi presentation at the Portland Art Museum. I love creating different vessels for display
- Birdie and me at a ladies luncheon at The Woodford’s Club.
- Deering High School 45 th reunion.
- Weddings are such a special day.
- We use this punch bowl in many different ways,
- We have been the Shalom Houses official caterer for 5 years. We are also The Portland Harbor Museums official caterer.
- We cater lobster bakes, barbecues, pig roasts anything to do with food.
- Raw bars are popular..we own this 12 foot stainless steel bar
- We can create romantic settings..
- I love drama.
- We know how to present a WOW factor. We know how much food to bring and how to keep it hot or cold. We take care of all the details.
- We know how to make things look good and keep you out of the kitchen! Tuna Tartar on Spinach
- We make sure that the event goes smoothly. Different presentations of this classic chilled leak and potato soup.
- We know how to cater events even with out electricity and water! Shrimps!
- This is my passion! The thrill of a wedding.
- We keep the hosts out of the kitchen and with their guests. Pina Colada Sipper with Coconut Shrimp. Veggie stacks.
- We know how much food to bring. Cheese Cake Poppers.
- We know how to create drama!
- I dream about how to make food pretty.
- We have staff to serve guests---up to 60 people. Seafood Salad in a martini glass on ice.

- Our staff is very friendly and detailed oriented.
- BIG ATTITUDE
- We have been fortunate to win a number of awards over the years. The most recent is from 300 attendees of Gary’s house dinner where 20 restaurateurs and caterers competed for this title of best appetizer.
- I am living my dream passionately. I preheat a memory. I make old friends out of strangers I fold in old friends with new friends. I COOK with LOVE
